Banquet Information

Location

We are located in North Seattle (map it) at 125th Street and Aurora. We have ample parking located in our south and west parking lots behind motel building. We ask that guests attending banquet events use these parking lots.

Reservations, Deposits and Billing

A deposit of $200 is required to reserve our Banquet room for the date of your event. Your date is confirmed with receipt of your deposit. The deposit will be deducted from your final billing. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel 30 days prior to your event. In the event that you cancel within 30 days of your event and we are unable to rebook the room, the deposit will be charged. If we are able to rebook the room on you confirmed date, your deposit will be refunded in full.

We do not charge a room charge for use of our banquet facilities, provided that your event meets the following food and beverage sales minimums. These minimums are exclusive of service charges and sales tax. White table linens are included in event. Special colors or sizes may be ordered at our cost

Minimum Sales Requirement

  • Breakfast Meeting (weekday only)* $350
  • Monday through Sunday Luncheons* $350
  • Sunday through Thursday Evening (after 4 pm) $400
  • Friday and Saturday Evening $500

If the minimum sales above are not met, a room charge will be added to meet the minimum charge. We ask that you confirm with us, the guaranteed number of guest and the entree counts at least three days prior to your event. This enables us to properly prepare and schedule.

It is our policy to present the Host with one check. This check will include an 18% service charge and all applicable sales tax. If your group wishes to pay individually, we ask that the Host collects all monies and presents us with one form of payment. Menu prices are subject to change and will be guaranteed 45 days prior to event.

*Seating in our banquet room has a minimum of 15 guests. Guests may order from our regular dining room menu selections, however the room minimum sales must still be satisfied. We do waive the sales requirement for Luncheon civic meeting and Fundraising/Charity events. See Laurie for details.

Arrangements and Menu Selection

To ensure your selections, we request that you inform us of your menu selections, (soup, salad and entree) no later than three days in advance. We ask that you confirm the details of your event, including the guaranteed number of entree counts, arrival time and anticipated time for use of room. It is also important that you give us a precise serving time. All red meat selections will be prepared to medium, if there are special requests, we will be more that happy to accommodate.

Outside Food Restrictions

Other than special occasion and wedding cakes (ordered from a bakery) or store bought sealed nuts or mints, no food or beverage may be brought into our facilities. It is in compliance with the Local Health Department regulations that we are only licensed to serve food that we supply and prepare on premise.

Special Occasion Cakes and Desserts

Any group providing their own cake or dessert for their event, must order it from a commercial bakery or store, per Health Department regulations. We have a service charge of $1.00 per person for dessert service that is brought on premises.

Supplies and Rental Equipment

If your event would like special equipment, such as, dance floors, music (DJ) or large screen TV audio, let us know prior to your event. We are not responsible for any personal supplies or rented equipment delivered with notification of management. If you request certain items or sizes which we do not currently inventory (ie, table sizes or linen colors) we will gladly rent items and pass along costs to final billing.
